Accessibility Statement

Watch Reserves is committed to making watchreserves.com usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

What we have done

We have reviewed this site against those guidelines and made changes including:

• Colour combinations checked and adjusted so text meets minimum contrast ratios in both light and dark modes
• Headings marked up in a proper structure, so screen-reader users can navigate a page by its sections
• Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields for keyboard navigation
• Controls to pause the moving elements on our home page
• Labels on all form fields, and error messages that are announced to assistive technology
• Announcements when the cart changes or more products load, so those updates are not silent
• Text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content

Known limitations

We are not claiming this site is perfect. Areas we are still working on:

• Some third-party components — including the checkout and express payment buttons provided by our payment processors — are outside our direct control, and their accessibility is determined by those providers
• Older product images may have image descriptions that are less detailed than we would like
• We have not yet completed a formal audit by an independent accessibility specialist

If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with our response, you are entitled to pursue the matter further under applicable accessibility law in your jurisdiction.
