Every purchase made through Watch Reserves is backed by our full Buyer Protection guarantee. We stand behind every item in our collection.

Authenticity, Without a Time Limit

If any piece is ever shown not to be authentic, we refund it in full, in cash, including shipping in both directions and with no split, however long you have owned it.

Returns

Return any piece within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to tell us why, and we pay return shipping. Refunds are issued 85% to your original payment method and 15% as store credit, so the full value of your purchase stays with you. Pieces over $1,000 are final sale. Secure Transactions

All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. We do not store your payment information.

Insured Shipping

Every order is shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, you are fully covered.

How to File a Claim

To initiate a claim or a return, email connect@watchreserves.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond the same business day.
